I don't eat meat, so I asked if I could have a vegetarian plate, I was offered this last time and I had rice, quinoa/bulgour in abundance, a salad apart, fries, a little cake. My sister ordered the last time, she had; grilled eggplants, potato cakes, rice etc. And today, I'm very coldly answered that we don't do this, that it's too complicated, I even hear the person on the phone picking up with these colleagues that I don't want meat, on a blasphemous tone. Then I'm told it's okay for a meatless plate. MAIS, that was my surprise by receiving my order, a dish filled with kebab, on a little rice, with in the same dish, 2 tomato sli...
I had tasted in this establishment at the very beginning or it had just opened, the fries were home a delight! And the delicious kebab. So I wanted to test what it was now. HORS super disappointed today! We ordered on the internet in delivery, 35min delay already for the delivery man who barely arrived the mask put under the nose lacked of politeness. He gave me the bag so I checked by going straight home. It was not complicating an order with a kebab menu, a tacos menu and a dessert. There was no dessert and drinks! Frozen fries no taste, tacos no taste also. Frankly super disappointed. I don't understand how it could have deteriorated. For me it was the last time I was eating here! Fortuna...
Order at 7:30 p.m., delivered at 10:15 p.m..... Unbelievable from never seen, no excuses, no commercial gesture. The person arrives in jogging, basketball, music background.... Trade to avoid absolutely. I order regularly to deliver and usually to other fast restaurants, we are delivered in 30 minutes maximum. FRANCHEMENT pass your way and go elsewhere you will be delivered in time and time, respect and eat hot.
Disappointed, we are accustomed customers, we arrived at 11h55, order made at 12h00. We received our wraps and tacos at 12:45. We didn't have our fries and potatoes and wraps didn't have the right sauces requested, in the end our order came complete at 12:55. 1h00 waiting for 4 people is still excessive. However, the server is apologise and we offer desserts to take away of course). We're not coming back...

Estimated waiting time at 1h (which is already a lot), in the end it takes 1h30 or 2h. I ordered them to deliver 2 hours later and there was a shortage of things in the order we remind the deliveryman immediately who tells us that he goes back to the restaurant to get what we miss and don't return any new resto close people answer... Super
Very disappointed.. 45 min waiting for 2 kebab on site, fat meat, white stick sauce, no vegetables in, cold fries, not cooked and soft... we will not return
