This was a standard buffet that came with our hotel stay. For Mother's Day, they only added options for an omelette or a slice of prime rib, and the price increased more than threefold. The website didn't mention a special Mother's Day menu, but it did advertise an à la carte selection that included items like eggs Benedict and sandwiches—unfortunately, those weren't available when we inquired. While the staff was friendly, the service was extremely slow. The drinks were decent, but I won't be returning and can't recommend this place for any reason, except maybe for convenience if you're staying at the Hilton.
Our second visit to m&m Bistro was just as good as the first. My husband took me for a birthday lunch. Everything we ordered French onion soup, Caesar salad with grilled steak slices, salmon burger and fries was appealing and delicious. Our waiter, David, was charming, attentive, not intrusive at all. And he brought me a plate of heavenly Sticky Toffee Pudding for my birthday. It was so good we just about licked the plate! m&m is a bit pricy but worth it. Convenient garage parking right across the street. Handicapped accessible. Clean bathrooms. We'll definitely be back!
We like M&M and go regularly during UCONN basketball season. The restaurant is pleasant, the food good, the service is generally good too if sometimes understaffed. Last night, I had the caesar salad with salmon. I asked for no croutons but got twenty or more. My wife ordered the salmon Dinner medium rare and got it just shy of dried out. This is not always the case-sometimes the food comes as ordered. Generally we have a good experience at M&M but can be inconsistent...
Great to accommodate a group so large last minute. Restaurant was crowded due to the weather but staff was attentive. One person in the group had trouble with their food being severely over cooked and plate needed to be sent back. Took a very long tine for the meal to be returned.

The food was disappointing, and the service was equally poor. I definitely won't be returning and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. It was a waste of $82 and a frustrating start to our Mother's Day celebration.
Convenient to Hartford Stage as pre theater option. Good food. Noise level was high because we were seated near bar and conference guests took over bar area. Loud conversations.
Very goodwe had lunch before UCONN basketball game. We were a party of 6 and we all enjoyed our meal. Restaurant parking and Xlcenter all together in one place perfect
I went with my man on a Sunday night. We thoroughly enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. The prices were great. I'd go again.
