During the Covid pandemic, I had the delightful experience of tasting some of the best Mediterranean cuisine I've ever encountered. The restaurant approached safety with care, following CDC guidelines by turning chairs upside down on tables and providing outdoor seating for those who preferred dining outside. The portion sizes were quite generous—one meal was enough to satisfy me for both lunch and dinner. I also loved their distinctive takeout packaging, which featured a special sauce made with sumac and lime juice. Kudos to the team for prioritizing safety during these challenging times!
I absolutely adore this restaurant! The interior is breathtaking. It tends to get quite busy during lunch and dinner, so I suggest making a reservation. It's a wonderful, calming place—ideal for unwinding after work or sharing a meal with friends and family. The dishes and desserts are outstanding! The only thing to keep in mind is the price, but believe me, everything is worth it. This is definitely one of my top spots for a fantastic meal. The food is very healthy, and I highly recommend the salmon accompanied by rice and salad.
I called and clearly requested a family-size order for six, with all the rice in one tray and the kabobs in another. I specifically said I did not want individual containers. However, the person on the phone was speaking so quickly and didn’t listen. When the order arrived at home, I couldn’t believe they completely ignored my request. I’ve had other problems with them before. I will NEVER order from or visit this place again. Never.

I prefer the location in Bethesda, I think it's cooked a little better there. Still the best Hummus around though. My meal was good. Would order again, but it's not my first choice.
