I just want to thank the ppl at Sunnyside mod. For helping us get food in our stomachs tonight. It's hard asking for help most times. It's a struggle, when your between the end of the month and when your foodstamps come again. I just want you to know it was very tasty and your most appreciated, again Thank you!!
The food is delicious and prepared quickly. Unlike most places, they don't forget entire meals from your DoorDash order. However, it's a common occurrence for them to forget to include any finishing sauce. It's surprising. Did they forget that step at this location? Was it omitted from the training manual? Lol.
There are always many staff members present, but they don't seem to be working when I try to order food. They are on their phones more than assisting customers. I suggest trying a different MOD Pizza location if you dislike waiting for them to be ready to help you.
Great pizza, awesome staff, always a good experience. Update: service has gone way down at this location. Very slow staff, poor customer service. Been here in line for 45 minutes. Nit sure I'll be back to this one.
My daughter and I love it here. We get the same custom pizzas every time. The employees are always nice and are generous when asking for extra toppings. The no-name cakes are one of my daughters favorites, too.
Was told 20 min for pizza got there 15 min the pizza was cold customer service wasn’t great mind you this pizza was a remake of a pizza I ordered the day before and it was still wrong. not a Happ customer
