We wanted donuts!! Lol Found Modoo on Yelp and decided to try it since they have Blueberry Donuts plus Elite Yelpers had given it lots of praise. It wasn't far from our home in Buena Park, funny thing we've passed it many times and the name got our attention, but never have stopped. We arrive around 9:15ish and it wasn't crowded, but while we were trying to decide more customers kept coming. Obviously a popular donut place. It's in a strip mall with ample parking. The shop inside is quite roomy. Noticed the floors were dirty and could some sweeping, but all else looked good. Boy they have a very large donut case and all the donuts looked scrumptious!! Also have breakfast and lunch croissants...
My new favorite donut shop. It's only 12 minutes walking distance from my residence. I have to leave very early in the morning to start my shift. When I'm up and waiting for the bus, Modoo Donuts is there and open waiting for me. I can go inside away from the cold and buy myself hot and ready croissants and blueberry cake donuts. The blueberry cake donuts are my favorite. I never tried them until I found Modoo Donuts. They also have tasty coffee drinks, tea and assortment of soda, milk and juices. They also serve breakfast and lunch menus. I haven't sampled them yet, but I want to. I think I'll try the ham, bacon egg and cheese croissant breakfast sandwich one day. I like that they are open late night but it's a little awkward coming in around 10 pm for my donut craving and the tables are full of old people lecturing somber looking teens or twenty somethings. I wonder what on earth happened and why this dressing down had to happen at a donut shop.Anyway, aside for that tension in the air, everything else went smoothly. Sad they didn't have sugar donuts but they had glazed. Cashier rung me up and I was out of there. Definitely good for groups.
This local donut shop was so charming! The donuts here taste fresh, and aren't greasy like other places. They have a great variety the blueberry donuts truly tastes like fresh blueberries are mixed in! Highly recommend this place for you donut cravings!

Great lil donuts shop that has a large selection of fresh donuts later in the evening which is great if you have some late cravings after dinner. The staff is super friendly.
Fantastic coffee and delicious donuts, plus I really appreciate the service. Their open-faced bagel avocado toast with tomatoes on an everything bagel is simply the best!
