We haven't been there for a long time. SO Glad we went. The pastrami sandwich was just fantastic. Absolutely delicious. It was sliced thinly and was juicy.My husband had a hamburger with onion rings. It was his huge and delicious. Onion rings were great. We shared rice pudding for dessert and it was fantastic. I absolutely recommend Pancers on Bathurst street. It's great. Very few true delis left and this one is outstanding.
Pancer’s is THE deli to go to in Toronto! Arguably one of the best in the whole of North America, I love the classic deli and kosher items. Grab a Vernon’s ginger soda to go along with a classic pastrami on rye, some latke, knish, and matzoh ball soup. Extremely welcoming and friendly service as well, thank you kindly for having us.
My knish was super burnt and black… tasted like it too. We went there for the first time. We don’t know why it was served burnt to us, it could clearly be seen it was black. Been coming to Pancers with my bubbie since I was five. (Back then it was at the old location). The location has changed but the food is as great as ever. It's the must-go-to whenever we're in town place to eat. The pastrami and beef tongue are amazing, and beaten only by the kishka.
Fantastic service, yummy sandwiches a great option for eating at a Pork-Free environment. Kosher options great for the Muslim community too Kosher goes hand in hand with halal. Classic family deli, so much love goes out to this place. Love the Ruben sandwiches. Yum yum
Its about time I give these guys a review. I've been coming here since year 2000 I was in grade 7. That's over 20 something years now! The consistency of there food has not changed. The quality and quantity has been the same since. Keep up the great work guys!!
The best in toronto. But the Ceasar salad was absolutely terrible. And charging $13 for it is outrageous. Tasted like no name dressing and croutons. Barely any dressing on it. I know it's a deli but come on. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Our waitress was exceptional and worked fast and efficiently during my last visit. Gabrielle was her name.The smoked meat sandwich was outstanding and the fries are the best in the city. Cheers
