This is definitely the worst location I've visited. It feels old and outdated. I ordered a salad, and since I added rice, they charged me an extra dollar for the salad dressing. That's strange because I frequently go to Moe’s and have never experienced that before. Additionally, their system is outdated and doesn't allow for accumulating points or using rewards.
