The LaGrange, GA location is the absolute worst example of a restaurant in town. The worst service. The staff has no clue what customer experience means nor cares and is exactly the perfect example of what is wrong with the restaurant industry today. Only there to get a pay check and could care less about anything else. The place is one of the dirtiest restaurants I’ve been to. It will be the last time I step foot back in the LaGrange location. I highly suggest for the owner to take a major look into hiring a staff that cares or shut the place down. And please clean up the place. No one wants to find bugs in the salsa.
Horrible customer service and the food was disgusting. The workers are rude and not to mention the employees with their pants down showing their whole behind is terrible. The tables was nasty. Thank God I didn't have my kids with me or it could've been a problem. The guys working in there literally had their underwear showing and one was laying down on a both playing on his phone again with his pants down! I will never waste another penny on this restaurant or a Moe's anywhere.
The service was bad, the food prep area was messy. The three young guys was more worried about"hooking with girls than doing there jobs. The girl walked away from the food prep area when she saw my wife and I come up to the counter. The drink area was a mess. All the tables was nasty and the floor was too. If I new the number to the health inspector office I would have called them. The store in Lagrange ga should be closed for good. I'll never go there again.
Went into this Moes at 5:30 pm on a Sat night. No one came to the counter to help us until finally a guy who had been at a table eating came SLOWLY walking over, took our first order and then the second one, seemed high or just totally unmotivated! Restaurant was so so dirty, couldn’t find a clean table. Worst Moes I’ve ever been to, don’t know how they pass health inspection, it wasn’t posted!!?

This was definitely the worst Moe's I've ever visited. The service was terrible, and the only protein option available was ground beef. The cilantro was beginning to brown, the limes were rotting, and I was overcharged. I hardly received any chips. I highly advise against visiting this restaurant. They’ve lost a customer for life.
I had the best experience ever at Moe’s! It’s truly my family’s favorite restaurant, and it really deserves that title. The staff and service are wonderful, and the food is absolutely amazing! A big thank you to everyone who was working when we visited a few days ago. We really appreciate their hard work and friendliness!
the personal seemed so uninterested, eating on the bar looked down, the drink machine was from almost everything. a couple of years ago this location was great and enjoyable, but today it is down the drain. I can't wait to open chipotle directly over the road
No greeting, workers never acknowledged us. They weren't wearing any hair coverings and didn't look very clean. It's a shame that the service has gone down like this. I can't say anything about the food, because we decided to leave before ordering.

We travel all over the country and this place by far is the best Moe's we've ever been to. The staff is always pleasant, the food is amazing, and the portions without equality. We have nothing but good things to say about Moes LaGrange.
