Moe's Southwest Grill

So let me start with the positive, the food is good. You have one of these coke freestyle machines that Burritos are packaged in foil, you make original like a subway sandwich that chips are ok; everything is good. So I was a little disappointed when I paid $25 for me (who should get his taco for free, but they don't do all that) for just good food when I expected it to be the knees at this price point. So this is a star, and the other star is because the TVs play this old school 50s-60s cartoon shorts that often the evil race stereotypes as a form of comedy (as was popular at that time) and it was only in very bad taste. I have 10 STARS!!!! This moss has always been my place for dinner, and now I could go there every day?. The assistant Eli was free for the day, but came to dinner in Moes. He saw us fight to repair our flat tires, and offered us so much help! Eli gave us a ride to a tire shop to fix the problem. And only the customer service I have experienced? Thank you Eli and the rest of your staff for all the wonderful help and support. Even after all, Eli went in and even made our Burritos new. Thank you for the reason of my heart. West Columbia Moes, you're the best!

Always mess up our mobile orders. Went in to order instead tonight for accuracy. Walked in at 8pm, no one said a word to us. We were the only ones in line. We stood there patiently for about 10 minutes as we could see they were cleaning. Finally, after being ignored I asked, are yall open? The guy respond oh yeah, we are. We are just pre-closing right now. Then they proceed to clean ignoring us once again. So we just left. I 'm done giving this place my business if they cant get orders right or serve customers.

I was just in the mood for a quick meal and the staff welcomed me right away. They took my order while also online orders, but they did it without a hit or slow down for a second! I was very impressed! The whole food looked very fresh, although it was a slower time of the day for the restaurant. And beyond that, every single employee was friendly and made it very welcoming! I definitely come back.
