My friend and I started with the spicy garlic fries accompanied by tartar sauce. I love how thinly cut the fries are, perfectly crisp and light without being greasy. The tartar sauce was just right. I recommend ordering the smaller size to share between two people, and we still had leftovers! For my main course, I had the three-piece chicken Teishoku, which includes miso soup, rice, a side (today it was seaweed salad), and a choice of salad; I opted for the Mogu salad. I ordered a 5-piece chicken rice bowl and fries. The chicken was tender and juicy, and the tartar sauce was fantastic. The fries were excellent, well-seasoned, and the portion size was generous. The chicken is a must-try—crunchy on the outside and moist on the inside. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who loves Japanese karaage! Great food! We came after attending the bunny cafe. The fried chicken was delicious and juicy with a pretty decent portion. Not a big fan of the sauces that came with the chicken though. We also got the rice bowl with beef. This was the highlight of dinner. It was the best dish on the table. I’d go back for this dish alone. Visiting from Seattle, I had an amazing dinner with my friend partner who were locals. The chicken was incredible, so juicy crunchy. I will be back when I visit again. We enjoyed the Signature Mogu Fried Chicken, Chicken Katsu Japanese Curry, and the Mogu Salad. Do yourself a favor and go there!Vegetarian options: The Mogu salad is vegetarian.Parking: Plenty of parking spots all over for dinner time.

I ordered through Uber Eats and it came extremely fast, which is why I don’t understand why it was mostly soggy. It was still very hot when I got it. It tasted good and was quite juicy, but it was super greasy. Other reviews mentioned how nice and crispy their takeout and delivery orders were, I guess I got them on a bad day? Oh well, at least I tried it once.

The mini fried chicken... so much chicken and so good!!!!!!! If you visit Commercial Drive you must go here. The food is amazing and affordable. The staff are friendly and the inside is very cutely decorated with a cabana style seating area.

It’s an excellent place with fantastic food at reasonable prices. The braised short rib is absolutely delicious—spicy but incredibly tasty! The fried chicken is good too, but it doesn’t quite match the short rib.

Strictly for the fried chicken and the ebi katsu burgers....ridiculously good. Probably the best japanese fried chicken ive ever eaten!
