We arrived on Saturday at the end of June in a guest room and direction the restaurants of Sorède. All full, so much better for them, more or less badly welcomed, without reservation. After searching the internet, phone at the Pierre Rossi restaurant. Certainly in mountain (215m altitude), small road at 7km, we said OK....and . Simple but super good kitchen with seasonal ingredients and well seasoned! Very well welcomed by the boss, not only customers for a mountain restaurant, a pure treat! We'll come back to the reception, just like we've known each other for a long time.
After our walk, we ate a delicious ice cream here. We also had a carafe of water because of the heat. People are very friendly and the ice was delicious! (Notice of origin) Na onze wandeling hebben we hier een heerlijk ijsje gegeten. We kregen er vanwege de warmte ook een karaf water bij. De mensen zijn erg vriendelijk en het ijs was heerlijk!
What a good surprise to fall by chance on this little atypical restaurant after the ascent of the Massane. We have feasted with your beautiful white meat and cheese with very good quality products in a very nice and cozy setting, and a very charming welcome We will come back on occasion.
