I used to love Montannas but the last three times I've gone I have been disappointed in the food and service. After three consecutive bad trips i don't return. The first bad trip i ordered shrimp and it came so undercooked it was grey in colour. They did not even discount my bill.The time after that I was seated at a table and forgot about. I had to ask for a server twice before they found me one.The third time our ribs were awful and took way longer than they should have. Not once was a discount or even an apology offered.I have gone to the other location and had good experiences there
The wait time was decent but unfortunately my shrimp was missing from my meal. I had to wait a long time for it, only to end up not receiving it at all. The server kindly offered to remove it from the bill. Despite ordering my steak medium, it came out rare. It was still delicious, though I prefer it a bit more cooked. My mom ordered her steak medium well and it came out very well done.
The waitress was the absolute best waitress any of us have EVER had serve us! Amazing! Ribs were divine!! However, we are HUGE fans of your antihitos appetizer but they were not good at all! So surprised because they ALWAYS have been! We even tried ordering a second batch to see if they were any better but NO! Anyways besides that it was great!
The manager and our server Spencer were fantastic. The manager came to s heck on us twice and engaged in friendly conversation, which was very nice. Spencer is a new server and he was outstanding. A good family menu. Nice ambiance, only issue is read the menu carefully. They charge 3 dollars for a loaded baked potato but didn’t see where they charge it til asked. Steak was okay but a little fatty. Over all, a nice experience for the money!
The service was great, the server was very friendly. The food was awesome. However, looking around above the bar area, we noticed a lot of dust built up that kind of turned us off a bit.
The waitress was really good. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was relaxing but efficient. This was for my son's 8th birthday and it was really fun for him.
