Needed a place for a family get together with options for varying tastes, kids and adults. Montana 's seemed like a reasonable option. Kudos to the hostess who managed to move our large party of 9 from outside to inside. She was terrific. All downhill from there though. This was a very bad dinner. Yesterday my boyfriend and I arrived at the restaurant around 7:45 and finished our order around 7:50. Because of our 9:15 movie, the time is very tight. Half an hour later our food was ready, but it turned out that my order of large ribs was wrong and I was given small ribs. So we wanted to check with the waiter. So for more than ten minutes, we kept saying hello to the waiters, excuse me, and kept raising our hands, but none of the waiters paid attention to us. Came in around 9pm weekend, it was busy but we were seated right away. Our food took forever but understandable because it was busy.Our burgers were super dry and it didn't have any taste. Today I came to know your servers are the one who decide and select the tip. Me and wife went here for dinner and when time to pay I used the scene points which I paid $40 and then he gave me the machine for taping my card with $49.00 more. So I asked him how can I add tip to the amount then he replied “tip is already added to the pay”. Wait what…? On August 17, 2023, my family dined at this restaurant. They ordered ribs and pizza. Unfortunately, my two kids and husband who ate the ribs became severely ill with food poisoning. However, my other child who had the pizza had no issues. I would recommend avoiding the ribs. Even the leftover ribs I tried at home were dry and stale. My kids used to enjoy dining at this restaurant, but now the thought of it leaves a bad taste in their mouths.
The food was pretty good, though the portions could have been a little bigger for the price. My biggest gripe is that after asking for crayons because I’m at Montana’s, I wanna colour on the paper, but we did not receive any crayons at all. Very sad. And like maybe if the place was busy I would understand, but there were only three other tables being served.Update: we got the crayons and loose ends have been tied.

Came in with my family last week. Our waitress Alyna gave amazing service. She made our daughter with Autism feel very comfortable with her kindness. The food was delicious. Recommend southern fried chicken sandwich. We have been to a Montanas before, but none have had a waitress that has gone above and beyond with efficiency and hospitality.

I can confidently say that Montana's is consistently excellent. The western atmosphere, wide menu selection, and top-notch service never fail to impress me. I have never been disappointed at any Montana's location, making it a favorite in any city. And don't forget about the CAA discount!
