Zero quality control and where do I start? Server was very nice. Food was sub par. We ordered the spinach dip and their supplier was not delivering the pita chips that go with the dip as advertised, fine. We got it with nacho chips but it was lukewarm. The dip tasted good but it was not hot and it should be. I ordered the 7 ounce steak medium rare with onion rings, fries, and coleslaw. The steak was burnt around the edges, the fries were cold and stale, and the 2 onion rings were actually 1 whole and a piece of 1. Also, there was a hair in the coleslaw and a piece of wilted lettuce on my steak. I didn't want to complain to the waitress because she was really nice and I felt bad for her runni...
First of all, our reservation wasn't recorded in their system, even though it was confirmed through Open Table. We were seated without any issues. We've always enjoyed the food at this location, but unfortunately, both of our meals were disappointing this time. The drinks were fine, but my ribs were very dry and didn’t fall off the bone as expected. The wings were good, but my husband's fish and chips didn't meet our expectations either. I requested extra napkins, but they never arrived, nor did we receive any wet wipes for our sticky fingers. Based on this experience, we will not be returning to this restaurant.
After I received my Cara Card back, she lingered at our table while we were trying to pay and discuss her tip, which made us feel quite uncomfortable. As a fellow server, I understand the importance of giving guests privacy when they receive the bill; I always step aside to allow them to handle their payment in peace. I found her behavior unprofessional, and overall, our experience at your restaurant was not very enjoyable.
I really enjoy every meal I've ever gotten at this, food is very flavourful and the fires are always crispy ! Our server today was Sandra and she was very polite and quick with our order ! We held my husband’s birthday party at this location, and we invited 34 guests! The food was delicious and the service beyond great! Liz made exceptions for a handicapped guest! Thanks Liz and staff for making our evening special!
The fries were served lukewarm, and the brisket on my burger was too tough to chew. The overall flavor of the food was just average. However, I have no complaints about the service; the waitress was excellent.
Daphne was our server and did a great job! She was super cheerful and took special care of us since I had an egg allergy. Thank you so much Daphne and keep doing a great job!
