I was shopping in the area and needed a juice type drink. Decided to try this Starbucks location for the first time. I wanted the green tea peach iced tea but they didn't have any. I heard about this dragon fruit drink and decided to try it out. The server asked me if I wanted coconut milk in it and I said yes (even though I was thinking milk mixed with juice didn't sound to appealing). Also ordered the classic iced caramel mocciato since we have never tried it at Starbucks. I got the drinks and the dragon fruit mixed drink did not look so great but decided to go for it and taste it. O M G!!! It was awesome, Amazing and actually really refreshing. Why have I not been drinking this all summer...
The employees are very polite and friendly. A man came in and asked for some cinnamon on his drink. The one employee was busy making a drink but said she’d be with him in just a moment to add cinnamon to his drink. He then reached behind the counter to grab the cinnamon (which isn’t allowed). The employee politely told him that for future reference please wait for us to assist you just because it’s behind our counter. He then went off on her and the other employees which was highly inappropriate. They handled it professionally by saying we’re sorry have a nice day with smiles. They addressed the other customers about the situation and apologized for the scene. They handled it very well. 10/1...
I studied here on 2022 Thanksgiving. The store was a little busy as people were getting their last minute caffeine fix before their thanksgiving dinner. The drive through was very busy. The staff worked hard to make the drinks for the nonstop drive through. There are a total of 16 seats (5 two seaters and 4 at the counter facing outside). Not many people linger here so it could be a good spot to study on those slower days.
The staff is great. They always help you no matter how crowded it is. They make sure you like your drink. I am not a regular customer and everytime I go, I try a different drink. But I have never seen them getting frustrated with me. They always make sure that I am comfortable and they answer all my questions. I have been to other Starbucks where they make you feel small for not knowing the proper names but not this one.
Truly the FRIENDLIEST staff. My goodness how much of a difference it makes when your first interaction of the day is so freaking positive. They do take long to make drinks but they always make mine right so I truly can’t complain. The staff interaction is worth it 100%, and if I’m in a rush I pre order my drink for pick up in store.
Great location and staff. Always get my order in a timely manner on weekdays. During the weekends they tend to get a huge rush and the wait can be insanely long. So I would avoid putting in a mobile order if you are in a rush as there is a risk they won't be able to serve you within the time you need.
We went for an early dinner as we were craving Montfort Chicken. Food and drinks were excellent (but I believe our servers name was Taso) was what all servers should strive to be. He is friendly as well as attentive without being intrusive. He is truly professional and adds to your meal!
Great variety of fresh and hot food. They were able to accommodate our large group that ranged from kids and teens to seniors.
A great place to relax during the day, and to enjoy live music at night.
