Honestly, I expected a lot more given the prices. I ordered two Family Deals (which include 4 cheeseburgers and fries) and found it to be somewhat overrated. The burgers were significantly smaller than I anticipated and lacked the juiciness I was hoping for. The buns didn’t taste or feel fresh at all. While the burger patties seemed fresh, I personally think that Shake Shack, Bareburger, and even Bobby Flay's burgers are far superior in terms of flavor and juiciness. The fries were just okay and not crispy. Overall, I was disappointed and I can't see myself returning. You can decide for yourselves, but I didn't find anything worthwhile in terms of quality or price here.
To the owner: I wanted to bring to your attention that your supervisor, Maria, is refusing to lower the shades for no clear reason. When I requested that she do so, she simply said no. It seems pointless to have curtains if they're not going to be used. I found this quite frustrating. When I asked her why, she just shrugged. It’s really uncomfortable to eat there with the sun shining directly on us. I don't understand what the issue is or why it's so difficult for her to accommodate this request.
Yesterday, a couple of our kids visited, and we decided to order lunch from Mooya's, which was their first experience with it. They absolutely loved the burgers, fries, and chicken strips, especially highlighting the quality that we have always appreciated from Mooya's. The staff is consistently friendly and attentive to ensuring that orders are accurate, especially Maria, who is an exceptional manager there. Thank you! Happy Holidays!
What a charming restaurant! My son loved the Hamburdog, and I thoroughly enjoyed the Veggie Ranch Burger—it was simply delicious! Everything was fresh, from the soft bun to the crisp salad and juicy tomatoes. The staff was very friendly, and the place was spotless. We will definitely be returning!

This was our first time visiting a Mooyah, and I have to say the food was delicious, the shakes were fantastic, but it was the staff at the Old Tappan location that really made our experience extraordinary. We would definitely come back just for the exceptional service!
