AVOID Overcharged and very disappointed We used the groupon deal £29.99 for two adults and two children. We were charged £1.50 per person extra due to it being a bank holiday without being informed first. We showed our code and deal to two members of staff before sitting down. No one informed us that there would be an extra charge. Front of house staff do not understand the prices. We had to query the bill they had to ask their manager twice. Who then explained that the extra charge was due to it being a back holiday and the extra charge being perfectly permissible in their terms and conditions. If the terms and conditions are applicable why do none of the front of staff team know about them...
Absolutely dreadful service.... staff couldn't care less. Tiny scrap of meat (fatty) offered at carvery when we eventually got someone to serve us. Very untidy presentation of vegetables thrown everywhere. Couldn't get anyone to take our bill payment. Never again. Awful
Ordered breakfast online, and honestly astounded that the food even came out of a food establishment, served like you would feed your dog, almost definitely the day before food. Never again will I be ordering or going anywhere near, absolutely vile

Good food at a bargain price, we were able to make use of the 'Kids eat for £1 ' offer. We left feeling full! Our server, Jacks, was brilliant, really helpful and attentive, nothing was too much trouble.
We had our family Easter Sunday dinner at this restaurant and it was delightful! The staff was wonderful, and our server Jack went out of his way to make our experience even better!
Discusting place Everything dirty, tables, glasses with lipstick stains, Cold food, stingy on meat portions. Drink machines are always out of gas. Clumsy staff and not interested.

Jacks was our server today we went for Boxing Day and jacks was extremely helpful and very kind. The food was lovely 10/10 experience.
