Listen this is the best Taco Bell in all of Brandon, maybe even Tampa. I have been going here for years and the staff are always friendly and, most important, the order is always right AND fresh. Everyone knows most Taco Bells are poorly ran and serve cold food and wrong orders. We come here 3 or 4 times a month and we have never had our order wrong. Kudos to the staff. If only Taco Bell would bring back pintos and cheese and the meximelt .
Props to the manager working 12/21 around 1pm. They were completely slammed, line of cars wrapping the side of the building, almost out to the road. Everyone was still incredibly nice. I believe the manager (she was the only one in a different shirt) is who prepared my food, I had an online order and she greeted me with my name, even with being very busy. Great Customer service!!!
The team that was working tonight at 10pm provided everything quick had excellent customer service. Quickest I’ve been through this Taco Bell. So pleased I had to give the team their props.
This Taco Bell is always amazing!! Eating on point and everyone is so friendly! We have a Taco Bell closer to our house, but we prefer it.
