Im definitely frustrated with my visit today. We had ordered take out in person and I watched the young red head girl behind the counter fill an 8oz cup when I had ordered a quart. I had let her know that was the wrong size and pointed to the cup size I wanted so there was no confusion. I then saw her fill a 16 oz cup... again NOT the quart sized I ordered. I questioned her again, and said is that really the quart size, its so small.. and she said mhm . I got home and pulled out a quart container I had and sure enough, it 's definitely not the right size. Mort's is what I would describe as okay. Went in for the first time for lunch, all staff were very friendly. We ordered mac cheese bites, potato latkes, fish chips, and a brisket sandwich meal. The quality of the food seems a little cheap for what you pay for. Especially since they added a price increase on everything. Most of the food seemed like store bought and reheat ingredients they lacked flavor tremendously. Brisket meat seemed like chewy over processed roast beef. Atmosphere was also okay but it was also a little dull.
The food is really good, but man, their prices are getting ridiculous! I'd give them 5 stars for food. However, two, non alcoholic drinks and two sandwiches for over $50 (NOT including tip)??? I understand prices are going up, and they post that their menu prices will have 15% added, but then also a credit card fee?Honestly, we used to enjoy going there, and the food is still great, but they are no longer worth it ?. We won't be going back anymore.
Worst service ever!! We were seated by what must have been the only waitress working at the time. We sat waiting for 15 minutes while the waitress walked by several times and never said a word to us. She never offered us a beverage or an explanation. We got up and left. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
I ordered the French Dip. The roast beef was good with a generous portion size. However, my main critique is the bread was too soft for this sandwich and got quite soggy. I'd be interested to try some of their other sandwiches where the soft bread would pair better.
Late lunch sandwiches on a Friday should have paved the way to linger over one of the many beer choices but.... Rachel was generous in size but was greezy. Fries were good but looked like they had been reheated.Sorry to say we didn't stick around.
First time eating at this deli. The sandwich was huge! All of the meat tasted fresh and the bacon was cooked to perfection. Their Matzo soup was so tasty, definitely will come back for my lunch.

Amazing deli food with huge portions! We will be back again for sure. Check out the cheese cake it's amazing!
