After eating at Motomaki dozens of times, it’s about time I posted a review. I love a good poke bowl, as well as the ability to add specific toppings. Motomaki delivers, and does so consistently. I particularly like salmon poke, and I’ve found with other restaurants that the salmon is not always fresh, cut in chunks that are too large, or has bones. I’ve never had those problems with motomaki. The add ons are always fresh and delicious. The food was decent, but it’s definitely overpriced for the amount you get. The bowl seems full, but it’s mostly rice—about 70%—with very little fish. I spent 30 minutes eating, and 25 of those were just rice. I highly recommend you head to H-Mart instead, where you can buy a pound of sushi-grade fish for $15 and easily make two well-proportioned bowls for the same price as this place, where you mostly get rice.
Food tasted great, but the “large roll” is tiny for $12-16, so too small a portion, the seaweed used to wrap it was hard to bite through and it fell apart near the end.Better off just getting a real sushi roll somewhere.Also, they advertise “sushi burrito”, but the menu mentions no burritos and only large rolls. Felt like a bait and switch.

First time here, good so far!Enter and look at the menu and figure out what you want. Roll or Bowl? Then what flavors. Then customizations. Order on the screens then wait for your name to be called.My daughter and I both ordered the Tempura shrimp roll with Dr. peppers. It was ready after not very long and was delicious.We'll be back.
I was extremely disappointed with the poke tuna; it was chewy and tasted terrible overall. Additionally, the prices were sky-high for what you get. I wish I could give zero stars. As a longtime poke enthusiast, I can confidently say this place is not worth it.
They have good food. But I’ve eaten at another location that was a much better experience. There were so many people working and very few people in the building.The atmosphere was very off putting.
Incredibly delicious options for both burritos and salads! I highly recommend trying the Shrimp Tempura Bowl served on greens or one of their burritos.
