Café Mozaic co proprietor Esther B. kindly answered our questions on Moroccan and Lebanese food on this Talk thread [hidden link] I visited Café Mozaic for lunch today to find Esther 's Moroccan husband Abdeljalil (AJ) holding the fort along with four other friendly staff. They were serving a lot of takeaways, but I chose to eat in they have about twenty covers with plenty of free seating when I visited, and a warm, Mediterranean vibe about the place. the work in ashton under lyne can be something depressing at midday, and I can be found regularly on the back of marks and spencer or sainsburys. that was until I discovered this little gem in the warrington street. Moroccan and Lebanese cuisine served by aj with a smile this place is really busy, but they can order before and. i always have the same. lemon chili huhn and halloumi on a ugly wrap with a side of spreadeta and cousin. an absolute bargain at £3,60 and beautifully spiced.

I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. We paid a significant amount for our meal, only to receive mostly rice, potatoes, and a small portion of meat.
