This place was a nightmare. I ordered through their ordering service Slice. I placed the order at 6:16 and and was told it would arrive at 7:01. We received cold hard pizza and cold soggy wings at 8:23. I was in contact with them and was told it would be arriving in 5 minutes. I waited an additional 15 minutes and called again. Again I was told 5 minutes and then I was hung up on. When the order arrived I called them to tell them about the quality of the food and asked for a refund. They told me they needed to come and pick up the food in order for me to get the refund. I let them know that we had hungry people and they started to eat. He then refused to give me back a refund. I ordered a large cheese pizza over the phone, and when I arrived, a young man brought it out to me. He opened the box, and unfortunately, the pizza was burned. His response was, "I can make it again." At that moment, I should have asked for a refund, but I decided to give it another chance. He remade the pizza, and this time, a different person brought it out to my car. I opened the box, and to my dismay, it was still burned! I was incredibly frustrated and decided I wouldn't return. They should have offered me a refund or a free pizza for my next visit, but neither was suggested. I'm really disappointed; I should have just gone to Jet's Pizza instead.
We stopped by this restaurant during a family trip, and I really wish we had a place like this in California! This was hands down the best pizza I've ever had. And don't even get me started on their wings—they are absolutely amazing! I give it a 10/10. Great job, everyone; you clearly know how to make fantastic pizza!
my order was very specific and alot of small annoying details (lol) they did my whole order correctly and they fulfilled it with the most complimentary upbeat respectful attitude Dietary restrictions: They accommodate more than you'd think
