Food is hearty nice for a small shop that runs for lunch hour. Got a take away beef noodle pho, everything is freshly packed into individual so you dont have to worry about spilling inside the car which I always have that problem with other soup base take aways. Service is great, very polite and approachable. One star is taken becoz the shop is very short of staff you can tell the cashier is also doing the packing and order and serving all by one person, so I waited almost 25mins for my takeaway which not ideal if you want quick grab and go. Only would go if not in a hurry.
The only issue I have with this little banh mi spot is that it's not open 24/7. The crispy cucumber, warm and flavorful filling, perfectly balanced chili, and a pâté so delicious that it might just knock your socks off. What more could you want? This place feels like an hidden gem, run by someone who truly appreciates the art of Vietnamese street food, which is embodied by Mrs. Tran.
Friendly obliging staff made up some cold rolls when I was there late in the day. Super fresh and tasty chicken rice paper rolls, I would have liked a bit more salad veges on it, but was just great full for some fresh food! Clean and sparse little shop front. Recommended for excellent food.
Hi! I thought I would try Mrs Tan's as I love the salad vietnamese style rolls, with salad and roast pork, the shop was so clean, but as far as the roll went, I found it stingy on fillings, not much meat, would I go there again? No Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
I ordered a combo tofu and chicken noodle salad, but it came without any noodles and had very limited protein. The portion size was quite small as well, so I ended up being disappointed.
The service is quite slow. When I think of street food, I expect not to wait 25 minutes for a meat roll, but here I am.
