Do not trust the positive reviews for this Mr Sub, as they may be from friends, family, or paid reviewers. Use your own judgement! When I visited this Mr Sub while working in the area, I immediately felt negative energy from the worker towards another customer. The state of the bathroom raised concerns about the cleanliness of the kitchen. The lack of paper towels or hand dryers was frustrating. The owner, who identified himself as Babees, seemed unconcerned about the dirty bathroom. Despite these red flags, I reluctantly ordered a Canuck Classic sub. I am giving this restaurant 2 stars because they are required to adhere to some of Health Canada's food safety regulations, and because Mr. Sub has a consistent recipe. Unfortunately, some of the staff here have lowered the quality expectations with poor customer service and serving old, hard bread. It also appears that they use less meat compared to other Mr. Sub locations. Mr. Sub's head office should closely monitor their franchisees.

2 stars simply because they’re somewhat forced to follow some of health Canada food safety and Mr Sub has a no fail recipe. Some of the employees here are pushing the quality expectations extremely low with customer service and old hard bread. Also seems they use less meat than other Mr subs Mr sub head office needs to over see their franchisees

I had a great experience at this cozy Mr. Sub restaurant. The staff was very friendly and provided excellent service. The food was delicious, made with fresh ingredients and served on fresh bread. The cleanliness of the restaurant was also top-notch. Thank you! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

The food was delicious, but the staff were terrible. The person making my sub yawned in my face and over my food at least three times. It felt like they were inconvenienced by my presence.
