3 stars because the lady (Idk if it's Ms Movale) is so sweet I really hate doing this but....I got a pork chop sandwich today, which was $8+ to say it was bad is an understatement! It was SO bad....fried waaaay too long, so hard dry I could barely bite or break it seasoning? where? Last time I visited I got a pork chop platter a man was cooking, it was so good I thought I had to have another one, never again! (Unless he's cooking) sorry
I have not been here before but looking at the reviews. I see half hood and half bad, but you know I had to read the bad so I can know what not to get. Looks like the Mac and cheese is dry and the fried chicken is small and has a bad taste. I was disappointed bc that’s what I wanted. So I’ll pass on this place. Sorry.
They were so rude and so nasty. Had hair in my food, servers do not wear gloves, charge people for food items on the menu they know they do not have, and food was rushed. Overall, I give the experience a waste of my got damn time, and wouldn’t feed the homeless with the food if I had too. Peace, love, light??
This restaurant definitely deserves a 5-star rating! I'm really impressed with their prices; they're very affordable. The food is great. This is one of my go to spots. The only thing I would take away from this place is that they won't let you substitute something else for the dressing. I don't like the dressing and would prefer rice and gravy instead, but I have to pay extra for that.
I have no complaints! The soul food served here is excellent, and it's always hot, which I really appreciate. The flavors are delicious, and everything is fresh. It's truly a lovely culinary creation—great taste, quality, and portion size. What more could I ask for?
