Ordered a chicken quesadilla combo. There was 1 scoop of chicken (about 10 pieces total), very minimal cheese that couldn't even hold the chicken together in the quesadilla! And the cheese tasted off. I asked for it to be in a combo with chips and queso, and the queso was less than half full. I asked for him to fill it up (he gave a second container with the same amount in it) as there wasn't going to be enough for the small scoop of chips he put into the bag (literally a scoop). This is the worst Mucho Burrito I have been to and will definitely not be returning. The washrooms were not clean, had no toilet paper, and had no hand soap. Would be a 0 star if I could. Stopped in for a Burrito for Dinner. The Chicken Burrito was delicious, and portion size (Regular) was more than enough. Kumar was friendly and took his time to ensure the Burrito was mixed properly and help us through the menu. It is nice to see someone who takes the time to ensure quality is top-notch. I haven’t had a burrito in years. I was looking forward to a giant burrito. I mean I paid $21 for just a burrito with no drink or sides. The burrito was wrapped in a large wrap maybe but it was like a medium in the filling. Let’s say it was more flat than cylinder shaped. And if I was going to describe it, it was soggy.
