Mucho Burrito Fresh Mexican Grill

My husband and I visited the Bradford location on 30th June. The food was excellent, but we were disappointed with the restroom facilities. The washroom had a one-way lock with a steel door that was difficult to unlock. After several attempts, I had to knock on the door for my husband to hear me. It was past midnight and the restaurant was noisy, so it took a while for someone to come help me. Eventually, a staff member used their keys to unlock the door. There were no instructions on how to operate the lock, and it was a major inconvenience. My husband even considered breaking down the wall next to the door to free me. Ordered from skip despite my better judgment. The burrito bowl was actually delicious and special instructions were followed. The mucho burrito on the other hand was mostly just rice and very little meat, disappointing considering the cost. Also the family size chips and queso is a joke. You get a big bag of chips and 4oz of queso? I called another store to inquire their sizing (because the Bradford location didn't answer their phone after 3 tries) and for an individual size portion you get a 2oz queso for about $3 but for a family size you get 4oz and it's over $10. How does that make any sense. I would have liked to see the sizing labeled on Skip so I could have saved some money and ordere...

Good place for a burrito. I had the veggie protein bowl today, the balls I got were very dry and tasted like sand a common mistake many restaurants make with their veggie balls, not actually tasting them. Otherwise the rice was fresh along with the beans and all the other veggies so I still enjoyed the bowl by crumbling the veggie balls in it. I will still come here for a burrito but not a bowl.

I never throw out my food when I buy it. This was an exception... I wanted guac in my burrito, but it looked so old I had to pass. Also burrito was flavorless, so fear kicked in if the guac is so old, what if other ingredients are old too I freaked my self out and stopped eating

After going all the way to the restaurant, I was disappointed to see dried and old ingredients on their tables. My appetite was immediately lost. The worker even suggested adding water to the flavorless dish. No one would want to eat that.

I had a great chicken quesadilla from here not too long ago. It was so good I can't believe I ate the whole thing in one sitting. It was also less expensive than other similar venues. I'm coming back for more.

We chose Mucho Burrito for our team meeting and we all agreed that it was a fantastic lunch! The food was incredibly fresh and delicious. We can't wait for the next event to come around!

Both times I've came here my burrito was over filled and wrapped incorrectly. The fist bite the whole thing falls apart not to mention they were completely cold.

I ordered the spicy chicken torta. He was raw. I hope I'm not getting sick. I wish I could show the pictures.
