Mucho Mexicano - Tisch reservieren

On the way back from Kangaroo point, after a long walk, we decided upon this Mexican establishment, we ordered a taco share plate and a Special Beef Burrito. The share plate came on a board with 3 themes - chicken which, taste wise, was quite bland and could have been cooked a little more, beef ' was very tasty, crispy pork belly with pineapple - well balanced mix of tastes and enjoyable and the fries were tasty. That leaves my sons beef burrito - unfortunately 80% of the beef filling was of soft fatty substance rather than the tasty beef so he did not enjoy that and left most of it. Take a relaxed walk along Southbank and enjoy the gardens and night lights then head to Mucho Mexicano for dinner. Some of the best Mexican food I have eaten. Wide menu, plenty of cocktail choices. - some by the jug which would be good for groups, unusual beers on offer, good wine selection and available by glass or bottle. Kid friendly, colouring in sheets and pencils brought promptly, kids orders sorted quickly. A bonus was a beatiful possum climbing the tree near our table. Friendly and efficient staff. We had a great family night out.

This place is over priced for what you get there are plenty of Mexican places that give good service and value for money. Nachos with the lot $25 when asked for just corn chips and cheese melted served with the salsa and sour cream also. We were told the chef said that is still $25 or you serious you keep half the ingredients and still you want to charge me. They are not will to make there customers happy as money is more important.

We arrived about 7pm and got seated immediately by a great young lady, water on table very prompt and drinks order taken. We went for a jug of some cocktail at $40, not worth it as only got 3 glasses out of it but plenty of ice!The food however came and was amazing and very plentiful, thank goodness we only went mains! No pic as I forgot, sorry.Would definitely return as in a great location too.

Exceeded our expectations with efficient, friendly service. Good range of gluten free and vegetarian options. Meals looked amazing, size medium to large for servings.All meals ordered were delicious. My favorite was the chicken fajita which had generous servings of avocado, sour cream and tomato salsa included with no extra cost. We also enjoyed a wine. Loved the wine glasses also.

I've eaten at Mucho Mexicano a number of times and the food is always extremely tasty and the service friendly. They don't take bookings for tables under 10 people so if you're planning a trip on a Friday or Saturday night, best get there early!Margarita's are a stand out - can't go past the classic over ice. Definitely worth a visit with friends or a casual bite after a long day.

Love the location. Street is busy and has a great atmosphere. Restaurant is cosy, staff friendly and seemed quite busy when we popped in for dinner. We were greeted straight away and seated at a table - walk-ins are encouraged

Staff looked tired. Place was full around 6:30 pm. Except the male waiter, he still had energy. Food was ok, nothing special. Beer from the tap is very light. Ask for some sauce, in case you like spicy. Not bad...average.

Not your standard Mexcian restaurant. It is a higher quality food and the menu has some nice and different options on it. I have been here for dinner and breakfast. They have some good mexican breakfast options.

Basic pseudo Mexican. Over priced. £12.5 for a child's cheese and bread! Don't recommend. Adult burritos were average.
