I just ate a sandwich meal (spicy pulled pork with sides of mac and cheese and baked beans) at the Mosaic Farmer's Market and oh my god--the best beans I've ever had. I'm not even that much a fan of beans, but I shared this plate with someone else who loves baked beans. If more baked beans were like this, I would love them. As someone who doesn't loved baked beans, I was like oh let me try this side by politely eating one bean. That single bean was so flavorful it lit up my whole mouth. Most baked beans are just cloyingly sweet, but this bean had an incredible flavor profile including savory tomato. And there were a variety of beans, it looked like! HELLO MAMA MUGGERZ!!! Now I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE the food and family that works here. I haven't visited their storefront location yet but they're always at the farmers market in Mosaic District every Sunday so I always make sure I get my fix of soul food for the healing of my heart after a rough week. My go to is the pulled pork sandwich with macaroni on the sides. They even have a macaroni boat where you get macaroni on the bottom and bbq meat on top. Perfect if you're not feeling committed to a sandwich. The portions are great for the price and my stomach is getting hungry just writing this review because that's how good their food is.. Jason and his team did an incredible job catering our baby shower. Everyone couldn't stop talking about how delicious the food was. We chose chicken and pulled pork as our meats, and while both were fantastic, the chicken was the standout—it was simply the best! Our side dishes included potato salad, cucumber salad, and mac and cheese, all of which were excellent. I would definitely recommend them and will certainly use their services again. They even delivered our food to a brewery in Manassas, and the driver and his son were incredibly friendly, ensuring that we had everything we needed.
I show up at BMX event and they are setup there. O.k BBQ big deal until I tasted it. I bought food for the kids and one said dad taste it . This taste of the food made me turn around go back and buy more. The pulled pork, the brisket is amazing!!! They didn 't have ribs but I will try them one time. If you see them setup at an event go and try. I was told text them and they will bring special order of ribs for you at an event. You can 't get better service A must try!!!

These guys are fantastic! I absolutely adored the ribs—they're probably the best I've ever had. The meat was so tender that it fell right off the bone, and it was perfectly juicy with a rich smoky flavor that made it truly delicious. Honestly, they were so good that I didn't even need any BBQ sauce! Additionally, the staff was very professional and friendly; I really enjoyed chatting with them during our event at the complex. I highly recommend this place!
I had them cater my birthday party, and their pulled pork completely surpasses Dixie Bones, which used to be my favorite. The brisket is absolutely amazing. I will definitely be using them again. I discovered them on the Food Network and also read a review in the Washington Post, and I'm so glad I found Muggerz!
We asked Muggerz to cater a fairly last-minute company lunch as a thank you to our staff. Jason and his team knocked it out of the park. Every one of our team asked where the food was from, and remarked how fresh and awesome it was. They also said they could really go for an after-lunch nap now.
Muggerz catered my husband’s birthday party, and the food was fantastic! Everyone was taking pictures of their menu so they could order from them later. Their setup was very professional, and everything tasted delicious. The value was excellent as well. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

The barbecue is fantastic, but the barbecue beef over macaroni and cheese was absolutely extraordinary!
