Our group of 7 had a wonderful dining experience on Sunday, Dec 10, 2023 at 1200. Our greeter and server were very friendly and helpful. The cheesy bread appetizer was out of this world. The Mr. G. 's spaghetti and meatballs and chicken Parmesan meals were delish and huge portions. The atmosphere was festive casual, with Christmas lights above us and poinsettias on each table. We definitely recommend this restaurant.
The meatballs I had were the worst I've ever tasted! I'm honestly beginning to question whether they were even made of meat. Luckily, my dog was lying by my feet, giving me those guilty eyes. A brown bag from the Meldrum Soup Kitchen would have been a better choice! It feels like there are a lot of paid reviews for this place!
This place is TOP NOTCH. If you want real authentic Italian food that taste like it came right out of your family's kitchen then this is your spot. I moved here from NY and before finding this place nothing compared to back home. Not to mention the gentleman that seats you and takes care of you is very welcoming and attentive.
I drove across town for no reason at all. What a waste of time. First, we struggled to find a way to enter the restaurant while standing outside in the freezing cold. A straightforward and genuine dining experience. The meats and sauces are excellent, and the pasta is fresh and homemade. Mumma offers takeout from the front door, but be sure to let them know you're arriving for full service in the small, cozy dining room through the side door.
Don’t bother with takeout. Overpriced, small portions, globulous. Our food had been siting in the containers for a while and was unappetizing. Sausage that came with our linguine was cold, but decent I suspect because they got it at marrow or Trader Joe’s.
They have gluten free pasta for those with. Gluten allergies. The meatballs are excellent. My son said the pulled pork is very good.We bought extra meatballs to make lunches. Amazing service and food for a hidden gem. Highly recommend you visit.
