When I finally had my gyro, the salad was wilted and hot, there was no tzatziki, and the meat was drier than I've ever encountered. The fries were cold. The entire meal was inedible. After scraping off the sad salad, I ended up giving the food to my dog, Charlie. I won’t be returning ever again. If anyone asks me about Mumtaz, I'll make sure to advise them to steer clear. They can’t keep blaming everything on the pandemic.
The food is genuinely authentic and quite delicious. My only wish is that the meat portions were a bit larger considering the price. Other than that, everything is excellent. I hope they extend their hours to include dinner, but unfortunately, they close at 4:30.
I had the chicken special, and it was delicious! The garlic sauce is absolutely fantastic—perfect for garlic lovers like me. The staff were friendly, and the ambiance was clean. The baklava was amazing, the falafel was crispy, and the pita was fluffy and so good.
We love Mumtaz! We've been enjoying amazing food there since they first opened. We moved about an hour away from Mumtaz 7 years ago, but continue to make the trip a few times a year to enjoy a wonderful meal. Mo and all the staff are just amazing! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
The food is great, but they incorrectly claim to be open until 4:30 PM; they don't seem to take orders after 4 PM. If you're not open for business, just turn off the open sign! All I want is to enjoy this for dinner, but it seems impossible.
I’ve been eating here for over 5 years they never disappoint! best gyro in the state sliced thick and grilled crispy, don’t forget a side of the garlic sauce. The spanakopita and baklava are excellent as well!
Best baklava I've tried in a longggggg time . Owner takes pride in making this recipe himself. It was so delicious , I didn't even take a picture of it haha. Try it !

Good gyro, though they forgot the cucumber sauce and it was take-out, so couldn't get any... probably great with it.
