Cons: Terrible ServiceI called in and placed an order and they didn't provide a number or total. When I arrived there was a long line of people and a multiple people waiting in cars outside. I went to the counter and asked if there was a pick up area and got a quick, unclear, muffled response. I stood in the long line and waited while the the cashier took his time and did other things instead of addressing the next person in line. I was there for a total of 10 minutes staring at my drinks (which began to melt) for a pick up order.You guys definitely need a second line and person handling pick-up order.Pros: Happy to have another late night spot open besides Quickly. Was in the mood for a Bahn Mi Sandwich but most of my go to places were closed (or about to). Found this place nearby and decided to try it. Their grilled pork sandwich was very good. Plenty of pork. Also had one of their smoothie. Their 'regular ' is the large size at other shops. Also very good. Some of their other items like beef stew with rice noodles and various garlic noodle dishes look interesting. Will have to stop by again to try them out. Stop by on a Wed. around 6:45pm and it wasn 't busy at the time. Since it opens late this place may be a busier late night place. Place was clean with plenty of seating.
The food is alright, the drinks are pretty good, I think they 're understaffed because every time I go there, some seats and tables are just really dirty and sometimes they 're the only seats available. They serve board games and they are nice to have, but some of the board games are missing essential pieces to them, and the sorry board game just didn 't have the map, which isn 't the place 's fault, but it 's worth noting. I definitely had lots of fun at this spot. I just wish it was maintained better.
My friend and I went there for the first time and felt very bad, especially the waiter's work attitude! I ordered a roast chicken Rice noodles, and he asked me if it was beef brisket Wonton noodles? I said no, but pointed to the picture on the 7th and told him it was this one. He said OK. The result is that he gave me yellow chicken soup and river noodles, and I am really speechless. I doubt if he is sleepwalking at work! And the taste is not delicious, so I decided not to go again next time.

Great place for late night boba/tea run. Very few places open that late. A spot to go to when I am up in the Bay area. Large selection of drinks. I got the kumquat green tea and it was pretty good. The food look great also, most definitely will try next time when I go.
A beautiful Japanese food place with delicious boba. The Japanese pop music was also a nice touch. Enjoyed my experience there.Parking: Nice spot. Five paid parking spots in front of the shop itself with other parking options in surrounding areas.
Ordered oolong boba tea with boba and it was really good .. I was worried that regular sweet would be too sweet but it was perfect . Can’t wait to go to try noodle dishes !
Nice place just that for some reason it gives you a really cold sensation, like you don't want to spend a lot of time in

They're a little short on staff but they're trying to hire more. Food is always good.
