On another occasion, I couldn't eat the chicken because it was dry and tough; it was only 8:30 PM, and the food had clearly been under the heat for too long. I asked for a refund of $17.83, but the manager informed me that to get a refund for cash purchases, I had to visit on the same day. Unfortunately, it was after 10 PM and the restaurant was already closed. The manager simply stated, “I don’t make the rules.”
So, a tip for anyone visiting: make sure to check your order thoroughly before you leave, because if something is missing, you won't be able to return it later!
Definitely recommend! The team was very friendly and helpful for my first time there and the Gelato was amazing. The place was very clean and had such a fun atmosphere. There are several games for guests available which make it a fun place to meet up. Oh and best part, they have a loyalty program and punch card system for free treats! I will definitely be returning.
Absolutely amazing. The flavors are awesome, and there are soooo many to choose from. You're offered samples to help you make a decision, which is really sweEat! There are even sugar-free and vegan options. Plus, the staff is polite and generous. I came with my daughter and my niece...we will definitely be back!
What a lovely spot! They offer delicious Italian ice treats and have a great selection of board games to enjoy. The management was incredibly friendly and took the time to share all sorts of interesting information about gelato and Italian ice. Highly recommended!

New to the area I have to be dairy free- it's nice to have a place with options the flavors are AMAZING. Not too sweet, and not too strong.My son loved it as well. The Staff was very friendly gave me all the info I was looking for! Definitely will be going back!
I had never tried gelato before and was unsure of what to expect, but wow! This gelato is fantastic! I had the cotton candy and piña colada flavors, and they were delicious! You absolutely have to give it a try!
Beyond sweet woman! She is also a veteran and has a heart for kiddos I will be coming here so much with the kids now!!!
