So, tonight... after countless years of great food and service, dine in and take out... we had our first negative experience with our take out. It happens; mistakes occur. I called Na’s and shared the problem, and they handled it perfectly. I was civil, they listened, and I was clear we will always be a customer. Thank you Na’s! Best Thai around!
