I had a disappointing experience at this establishment and feel compelled to share my feedback. The lady working at the counter was extremely unpleasant and lacked basic manners. We placed a sizable order and were provided with a large tray, for which we had to put down a $50 deposit. When I went to pick up the order, I politely asked for two small disposable trays, as I intended to transfer any leftovers from their tray to the disposables and return the store tray as agreed upon.However, the lady refused to provide me with the disposable trays, despite my explanation of the situation. Place used to be good until two new ladies began working here. The other women used to be really sweet, helpful and accommodating. They’d make sure everything was fresh, if something was outside for awhile, they’d tell us to wait until a new batch comes out. Anyway, I was told a sweet was raisins and custard, but was given a chocolate and custard (which was extremely dry and bland don’t recommend) I’m allergic to chocolate. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. I will never go back there. I had guests visiting from Dubai who wanted to try kunaffa, and unfortunately I took them to Nablus Sweets. The elderly lady working there was extremely rude and gave us our order in a very unfriendly manner. When I politely asked her to reheat the kunaffa because it was served cold, she responded rudely saying that she knew I would come back to complain because she saw a new tray of kunaffa. My family and I have been loyal customers here for a very long time. Went in for knafe on Friday 5/19 at 8 pm and this older Arab lady served us Knafe. I asked for extra syrup on the side, but she refused, would only pour over the tray we had. I’d obviously be willing to pay more for a small container. I’m not sure if they’re cheap or she was lazy. I was extremely disappointed with the pre-made large tray I ordered from this restaurant. I paid $70 for it, only to discover that everything was stale, dry, and had a terrible taste as if it had been made a month ago. I also ordered the rolled kunafa as a side, and it tasted burnt. I used to enjoy dining at this place, but I'm not sure if they have new kitchen staff or what happened.
Visited with relatives from out of town and they were AMAZED! We bought a whole box of assorted sweets and the flavors absolutely BLEW OUR MINDS! The sweets are also fresh and healthy and you don't feel guilty eating them. The employees were very hospitable, and even offered us free treats.
The pastries are delicious, but the customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. One lady working behind the counter is rude, unfriendly, and unhelpful. It's a shame that they are losing customers because of her lack of hospitality and niceness.

EXCELLENT ARABIC PASTRIES! I go out of my way to get the soft kanifa! The sweets are delicious, and the customer service is even better! Do not hesitate to try!
