My experience on the evening of June 22, 2022: The greeter was exceptionally rude he barely glanced at us and treated us like we were invisible, or numbers. I was taken aback and almost walked right back out. We were really hungry, though, so wedidn 't. The table had paper covering the tablecloth, under which was a filthy, stained cloth. They use plastic glasses anddisposable chopsticks, which is inappropriate in a restaurant this pricey, it should be real glass as well as realchopsticks. The food itself was very bland, worst fried rice I 've had in years. We ordered filet mignon and lobster. 4 of us went to dinner and ALL of our dishes were wrong, undercooked, and cold. Our waitress Desiree was WONDERFUL. None of it was her fault at all. The other 2 people at the table had completely cold dishes and the kitchen forgot one order twice and had to remake it twice. 2 of us got steak and they were both **** raw, and cold. Both of them were also drown in, I 'm not kidding, at least 6 oz of teriyaki sauce.... When I got a new dish back, the kitchen made the wrong dish again... I recently had dinner at this restaurant, and the cost per person ranged from $20 to $30. The food was impressive, and I'd give it a rating of 4 out of 5. The service was outstanding, deserving a perfect score of 5. The atmosphere was decent, rated at 3. I highly recommend trying the Teriyaki Chicken, Tempura Udon, Hibachi Vegetables, Lion King Roll, and visiting the Sushi Bar.
