The pizza here is too thin for the price you pay. If you’re after a doughy crust, look elsewhere. While Dave described it as light and airy, what I got was a crunchy, overcooked, and oversauced pie that really needed more cheese along the edges. The service varies significantly depending on whether the staff knows you or your companions, which feels unprofessional. The restaurant's decor is outdated and could use a complete revamp. On the bright side, the drinks are good—though it's hard to mess up sangria or basic cocktails. Just a heads up: if the parking lot is full, you’ll have to pay for street parking or use the lot across the street.
The only disappointing aspect of my experience was that when I called in to place a pickup order, the woman estimated a 40-minute wait. However, when I arrived to pick up my two pizzas, they weren't as hot as I expected – if 1 is cold and 10 is straight from the oven hot, I’d rate them a 6. It seemed like they were ready much sooner than the 40 minutes she mentioned, so they may have sat out for a little while. That said, the pizza tasted great and had a nice crispy texture. Maybe next time I’ll just dine in.
Only had the pizza and a beer. Very thin with good crisp crust. If you like that... One of those you can eat a whole small pie and still feel hungry when done.. Ate at the bar. Bartender was covering the bar and entire dining room by herself during lunch. She managed. Stick to the domestics on tap. I ordered a Sam's Summer and the bar tender wanted to taste it before she poured me a glass. I had her switch after she said this to me. Old school place worth a visit. I will come back to try other items.
Ordered two pizzas for take out on a Friday night. The place has such character, and you can imagine not much has changed in the past 40 years or so. It was packed, but I do hope to go and dine in some day. We went to the end of the bar to get our pizzas, and they were awesome. SUPER thin, crisp/crackery bit of crust. Awesome flavor to the sauce, cheese, and the fresh toppings. Definitely worth a trip to experience this gem!

Cute atmosphere sort of like going into a basement with old school tablecloths. Incredible service by one server for entire restaurant and bar! But after reading all the hype about this place I just can't understand why our pizza thin crust cracker like was tasteless. Not sure what happened. Also the sauce that came with the fried zucchini tasted like ketchup. Must be an off day.
I ordered two pies because of the hype surrounding them. The reviews were quite intriguing. This is the thinnest crust pizza I’ve ever had—definitely unique. It was really good, but quite different from what I expected. I also tried the meat pie, which was excellent. As for the plain large pizza, I gave it an 8.2 after one bite. Overall, a great experience!
Such a great neighborhood gem. All the food is great but get a pitcher of Sangria and one of the most delicious thin crust pizzas is a must. Call ahead if you’re planning on going prime time to reserve a table.
