Been calling in for Dinner a number of times over the last couple years always good fresh cooked food great friendly and happy staff. Meals are tasty and filling I love the Ribs that's chicken of course with coleslaw and chips the wife generally...has half a chicken with salad or a wrap and pinches some of my chips which I might add are awesome chips. Turnaround time on food after order is pretty good considering it's cooked on order only. Will keep calling in eating here at this Nandos
for dinner but there wasn’t a clean table. We had to ask waitress to clean table which was wiped with a dirty rag. Other tables had not been cleared and this was a worry. The waitress wasn’t happy and probably not trained. Food was...good but did have to send back one dish as it had salt after requesting no salt. Overall it was ok and costly as expected but needs a good clean up.
We tried some peri-peri sauce out of a packet recently. It wasn't nearly as good as the peri-peri sauce on Nando's chicken. Nando's is in the mid range between fast food and restaurants with full table service. You can always rely on getting what you...order. Nando's is not all that cheap, but it is not all that expensive either. I like this store.
Nando's is famous for its chicken with spicy peri-peri sauce, which came to Niddrie from Portugal by way of South Africa. Nando's chicken is rightly famous. Nandos in Niddrie is one of the best one around. Great ambience and good food. Last time we went we had Tear and Share. It was so nice. My wife ordered Cheesy Pitas and son had Meat Balls for Entree. it was an amazing experience....Highly recommended.
Not nice. Shame cause the peri peri is yum...the chicken and everything else is not. The chicken tasted reheated, the salad wilted and rice soggy. For the price they need to lift their game...all of them.

This busy Nando's has such yummy chicken salads, so healthy. Good gluten free options too. Plenty of dressings to try, from mild to hit. Friendly staff
