The waitress directed us to a table which had not been cleared off from the previous guest, so she quickly removed the plates and walked away, leaving the table very dirty. We then politely asked whether this could be cleaned up, the Waitress obliged, her looks could have killed and her facial expression spoke a thousand words. Not a stone has been left unturned when it comes to the culturally inspired accents, surprising colour palette and moody lighting. We waited ages for our order. People who came 15 minutes after us were served while we sat there twiddling our thumbs, so i had to enquire. It seems the chef lost our order, bless him, it is apparently the chef special in this outlet. Our meal was then hastily bungled up/put together and we were served barely cooked chicken that was impossible to cut and eat properly. We left it half eaten what a waste of money and our time. Ordered QUARTER chicken, spicy rice and salad online from the Brent Cross restaurant. The delivered food was a joke. Quarter chicken was more or less a leg and incinerated on one side. The so calle spicy rice was bland and hard, the salad looked unwashed with brown lettuce leaves. Tiny portions for everything and lukewarm food. Paid £12 quid for a meal that would not even fill one person, let alone 2 hungry adults. Absolute joke! Over priced, thieving Nandos. PLEASE REFUND MY HARD EARNED MONEY!!!

We stopped by for a quick snack, but were disappointed with our experience. The restaurant was not busy, but the table was dirty and the menu was on a small, dirty piece of paper that was hard to read. When we asked the waiter for help, they said they were waiting for a delivery and couldn't assist us. Their attitude was rude and unhelpful. We decided to leave and were disgusted by the whole experience. We have never been to this branch before and will definitely not be returning.
Meals barely tepid, chicken and the chips, one had hair in it. Not sure when or how they cook the food as it came out quickly, to say we were a party of 12, so no reason for it be cold. Worrying to say they’re serving chicken! When I commented on the food on the way out the member of staff laughed! I will not be returning, terrible.
Staff were friendly and welcoming. Food is reasonably priced. Food was very tasty and decent portions. The place is busy but tables are not on top of each other so it does not feel crowded. We enjoyed our meal and would return.
Unfriendly staff, a terrible system where you have to scan and enroll in a queue before placing an order, all for average food at best. I will never return to Nando's until they change this awful system.

I have visited this restaurant and it is a really good place for family meals. The staff is nice and hardworking, the food is of good quality, and the service is quick.
I live around there so I love eating there. The food is great and the service as always very polite.
