We went In there with my family for lunch we were in eight, all our food was wrong and the Children menu was spicy when I've ask to avoid to put spicy sauce because it was for a child, when we let her know that the order was completely wrong she was rude and arrogant pointing the finger on us that we make her confusion, she don't even apologise. Will be better put someone more educated and professional because public relations is not her best skill. We spoke with a blonde lady with short hair and glasses. I will never come back. Also no one explains us how is working the free refill there is no conunication. There are better place where to eat in bury.
We have visited this branch of Nando’s many times and have always had an average meal but this one was noticeably below average. We ordered two starters, one came and we had to ask for the other along with our drinks. The staff seemed uninterested when spoken to with no eye contact. Staff are very young and it was obvious that there was banter going on between them which distracted them from the job in hand. Chicken was dry and chips hard and cold. We would now hesitate to return to this particular branch but it has not deterred us as Colchester branch always seems to be above average.
I visited Nando’s earlier this month and was extremely disappointed with the behavior of one of their staff members. Her name was Ella, and her professionalism and attitude were completely unacceptable. She was rude, seemed indifferent to her work, and showed no concern for upsetting customers. She swore repeatedly and made faces when asked for recommendations. It was clear that she did not care and did not want to listen. I usually enjoy visiting Nando’s in Bury St Edmunds because the staff there are always helpful and friendly, which made this experience even more disappointing.
The meat sub is so awful it’s mushy and has a horrible taste, even if you have it really hot it can’t hide the bad taste and texture. They call themselves the king of chicken but that resembles a dead rat. They need to go look at what kfc has done and replicate that. The broccoli is bad as well to the point I could eat it. I ordered a mushroom that was put in the pitta along with the dead rat it does not taste like a mushroom at all in fact in was contaminated with the dead rat taste. I’ve had a better meal at a weatherspoon microwave meal. Avoid at all cost.

On April 2nd, my wife, our 3-year-old daughter, and I visited a restaurant in Bury St Edmunds. We walked in and there was no line. We were the only customers waiting. The server spoke to us and insisted that if we wanted to wait, we needed to go outside of the restaurant. I asked if we could wait inside, but he said no and pointed to the door. We ultimately decided to leave due to the poor customer service and bad attitude of the staff. We will never return or order from this restaurant again.
As locals, this restaurant is one of our family's top choices for dining out! However, during our recent visit, I was let down. I ordered the Rainbow Bowl and noticed it was significantly smaller than usual - perhaps a different chef prepared it this time. My husband's half roast chicken was also quite dry. We had to sit upstairs since the downstairs area was full, and once our meals arrived, no one checked in to see if we were satisfied.
Lovely friendly staff. Good seating mainly upstairs. Great food. Parking £1 in the evening. Great chicken shared meal. Fries, broccoli and rice delicious . I did ask for more fries as they were luke warm. They straight away hot another hot portion. Nice music at a good level and attractive decor.
Came here last Friday evening for dinner. I had chicken with medium Peri-Ometer sauce with chips and mash. My grandad had chicken with the hot Peri-Ometer sauce with chips and peas. I highly recommend here to come. The sauce was hot but nice and had a good wave of flavour.

Great place to get a high protein healthy lunch or dinner. Always delicious and always friendly staff. We went here many times during our three years in the UK and never had a bad experience.
