I never moan really but me and 2 others mates went into nandos yesterday was practically empty and was seated quickly. Me and 1 other mate had opted for the boneless platter medium heat and 2 coke zeros and the other a chicken burger. the food came at about average time the chips were cold but the rest was kinda warm me and my mate thought it tasted good and there was plenty of food we thought it was well priced until about 30 mins later when we both started sweating and then was very ill we had a gig later on that night and it was very uncomfortable to do which is a shame cause food is usually nice there but didn't expect to be ill for days so don't think we will be back didn't want to writ...
This branch is usually great, but our recent experience was disappointing. We waited 45 minutes for our food, only to have it served incorrectly. The chicken wrap had halloumi in it, the loaded share chips were missing pulled chicken and cheese, and all 4 meals were cold. Despite the errors, we decided to eat the cold meals after waiting so long. The staff seemed overwhelmed with app delivery orders, leaving the restaurant chaotic and neglected. Two waitresses even left abruptly at 8pm, leaving us unsure if they had enough and walked out or if it was the end of their shift. The service and customer service at this restaurant were terrible. The manager, Pietro, behaved unprofessionally by refusing to give a refund on my card and instead giving me cash in a mix of notes and coins. When I asked for a different form of refund, he threw the note on the counter and told me to take it without the rest of the change. Additionally, one of my starters was missing, and there were mistakes with my drink order. The cleanliness of the toilets was also subpar, with no toilet paper and paper trailing onto the floor. This experience has made me lose confidence in Nandos, and I will not be returning to the King's Lynn location. I had to give a minimum of 1 star for this review.
First time since living here for 4 years had grilled chicken burger chicken was very dry bun was cold and tough it could have been toasted ! The sweet potato wedges were very hot and very nice. But the cost for 4 adults including drinks was quite expensive £69. Also I asked for extra dip had to pay 95 pence extra. Portion sizes very small not good value for money. Also one drink arrived without a glass. The food arrived without any cutlery which when we asked were told to go down to the till and get them ourselves. I am currently dining at this restaurant and I must say the food and service are both exceptional. The staff members are very friendly, but there is one standout waitress named Lolly. She is truly remarkable and provides amazing service. You can easily identify her by the sound of her laughter as she goes around the restaurant engaging with customers. I would definitely return just to be entertained by her. She is a rare gem.
It was quite a busy Saturday lunch time when I visited and the servers did all they could to assist everyone waiting and speed things along. Phil, who seated us, was extra attentive, happy and so polite, which made the experience even better! Lovely visit.
Can't fault the food, full of flavour and very filling. The service today though was very slow with customers coming in after us and being served before us. We will go vack just hopeful that we wont be in the restaurant for nearly two hours again
