We get to the store, (after 40 minutes, because we know that their 20 minute wait is never true . Pick up our order, and it is missing 3 of the items. We then wait another 15 minutes for them to cook the items. We then realise they 're all in the wrong sauce, we asked for BBQ, but got lemon and herb. this is our local nando for several years for the occasional pleasure. in agreement with other reviews, we have seen some employees turnover during the years, but this was the load we had experienced the best customer services, and so we are relatiw lenient in relation to the review. the quality of the food was generally good, with the occasional hit miss with various employees in the service as expected. we found that the place is large enough to guarantee a place for families with young children, and our recent visits were good with shorter waiting times than normal. overall a good place for the occasional dinner tasty. typps 1 : they no longer cut whole huh in 8, only 4, so they remember...
I am a regular visitor at the Nandos branch in Willetton. Over the years I have noticed with disappointment that the quality and quantity of their chicken has dropped below average. The service too is very bad. The staff are not friendly and welcoming. When...the staff member saw me approaching the counter to place my order he rudely walked away with out acknowledging my presence.The chicken pieces have shrunk with hardly any meat and more bone. The chicken is burnt and they should know it is not healthy to eat burnt food as it is carcinogenic that causes cancer. For the price charged it is very low value for money. I found the Nandos at Canning Vale very good, service and food was excellent...
Nando’s is the kind of place you go for a quick meal. We ordered at 6:30pm and were told it would be about a 15 minute wait. Fair enough, the place was busy for a Monday night. 30 minutes later, we’re still waiting and notice...that many other customers are ordering take away and then sitting at a table to eat. They obviously knew that take away orders are prioritised over eat in customers. Just when we saw what we thought our food coming, the waitress took it to a nearby table, who ordered well after us. Manager tried to tell us our order took longer to cook, but the nearby table had exactly the same food. And they wonder why we haven’t been back for ages, eye roll.

nandos willetton (wa) is an absolute sweat! we have ordered two times through you and both paints we have given our order and there is lack of food or drink! Their customer service line just rings out and I cannot even refund for. the missing article. you are wasting and wasting time. 0 stars for them! Never again you sweat!
we had taken nando’s to dinner regularly. yes, my good woman had a nando 's member card peri perks and it's said on the card turn delicious food in Peri-Peri points absolutely commendable. food is always good and services are excellent. keep it...up youngs, amen smiley joe h wa
They are friendly and when orders take away ask for Nando's sachet sauce they just chuck in 4 or 6 (not like William St Perth who is so stingy only gave you 1 and lucky to have 2)
Honestly. Just do it. You could drive there and back by the time your food is ready. And probably to China.
