The food at this restaurant is consistently delicious, with the chicken taking center stage. Whether you're enjoying a PERi PERi Chicken Bowl or a Spicy Chicken Caesar Wrap, the chicken is always a highlight. PERi Chips with PERinaise (essentially French fries) are a close second in terms of favorites. However, while the food remains tasty, the prices are not as competitive as they used to be. The platters and bowls have seen a reduction in the amount of chicken and hummus, and the individual pieces of chicken also seem to have shrunk in size. I really enjoy Nando's. The macros on the half chicken are great, and the mango lime flavor is excellent. It's a perfect choice for takeout—just grab a half chicken and enjoy it at home while watching your favorite show. If you decide to dine in, the interior is surprisingly nice for a place like this. My only downside is that it can be a bit expensive. Nando's seems to be struggling with whether they want to be more like Chili's or Chipotle. I believe they'd be more successful in the fast-casual segment alongside Chipotle and CAVA instead of trying to offer full-service dining, but that's just my opinion. Overall, the half chicken is fantastic—just wish it were a bit cheaper!

The food was top-notch, earning a perfect rating of five stars. The chicken and chips were simply delicious, perfectly cooked and seasoned. Service was outstanding as well; the staff was friendly and efficient, making the entire process seamless. The atmosphere of the restaurant, even for takeout, was inviting, which adds to the overall experience. Highly recommend trying the chicken and chips if you get the chance!
My experience today was far from satisfactory. The chicken was dry and lukewarm, the garlic bread was not fresh despite my request for freshly made bread, and the Brussels sprouts were mushy and also lukewarm. It was quite unpleasant! I always order the same meal when I visit any of your locations, so I have a clear point of comparison. Today, I chose to come around lunchtime specifically to ensure freshness, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. I could barely manage to eat half of my meal, which is really disappointing. I was really disappointed with the portion sizes of the to-go orders. Whenever I dine in at the restaurant, the portions are always generous, but when I order through Uber Eats, it feels like I'm getting shortchanged. The amount of food I received was significantly less than the fill/fold line of the box, which is already quite small. The portion sizes are frankly insulting for an adult. I ordered mac and cheese, sweet potatoes, and liver—barely enough to satisfy my toddler, for whom two of the items were intended. This will be my last time ordering delivery from them.
I really enjoyed that salad! The chicken, though somewhat plain, was tasty. Next time, I think I'll try the mango or something spicy. The croutons were great as well, and I plan to order extra croutons next time!
The chicken was excellent, but the salad could have been better prepared. They provided me with the two sauces I requested at no extra charge.
