Brooke, was amazing. She had such great customer service skills at age 16. I’m very impressed. She’s a homeschooler and it’s a small business and it really hurt my feelings that somebody would break in to a small business and take from them then while we were down there I found out someone else was shoving stuff in their pockets and taking stuff the day before, what I have to say for that is go get a job. Updated July 2024: I wanted to take a moment to revise my review from several years ago. Nans has changed ownership recently and most of my complaints no longer apply. The redesigned space is much more open and welcoming, there's no more angry signs, the workers have all been very kind and helpful. I'll leave my previous review below in case anyone had a similar experience before and will be happy to see things have changed for the better.
