I went to Nara Lounge over the weekend and for a new restaurant, they were busy!
The first thing myself and friends noticed was the insanely amazing décor and we have been to many 5* restaurants throughout the city, the owners have truly put some hard work into getting this restaurant to look as amazing as it is and honestly is even too nice I couldn't believe it was situated in Huntsville. WOW!!!
Now onto the food, being of Lebanese background we obviously criticize the most but I could not fault a thing, the dips were delicious, that homos was the best I have ever had and mum is a great cook but that was perfection (sorry mum)!

This place is great for hanging out with friends with a bit of shisha, eating and drinking. However, unfortunately the quality of food has declined dramatically. I remember coming when they opened within the first 2-3 months. I'd come back every few weeks just to eat their succulent lamb. Generally, i'd go to Bankstown or Greenacre to eat Lebanese cuisine and I was ecstatic that i found a place a little bit more expensive but convenient. I went back twice recently and i was quite thoroughly disappointed. The service wasn't the same as when i first went. The waitress was so helpful but now the waitress didn't care too much. The food has declined... my lamb was not moist and same went wi...

Located on busy Forest Road, Nara Lounge is great for small or large groups in the mood for a Middle Eastern feast.
Food here is flavoursome and servings are quite generous, while staff do a great job at making sure your bread supply doesn't run too low.
Service is relatively quick and efficient, but prices are a little high. There are places in Sydney serving up Lebanese and middle eastern cuisine of the same high quality for much less. But, when we're not in the mood to travel too far from home Nara Lounge does the trick. They've also got argile available here too, perfect for those who want to stay and chat a while after dinner.
Although a little dear and the smoke can be rather unpleasant, Nara Lounge offers good — no, excellent — Middle Eastern cuisine in Hurstville. In addition to this, the presence of a restaurant in its location is a much welcome dine-out options for food away from the epicentre of the suburb.
The staff are generally quite attentive, accommodating and pleasant too.
As for ambience, the place is surprisingly nice for a place by the busy, noisy Forest Road.
We would recommend giving Nara Lounge a try. Although it can pack a punch to your wallet/purse, the food and the flavours can pack a punch to your tastebuds!
Till this day I try and reminisce and day dream about my last meal there. It's a bit pricey but compared to some cheaper places I've been too it's certainly worth the price. That there garlic lemon chicken with some of that arab bread makes me wanna go back today but I be tryna keep my diet in check namsayin ma nikka? Worth a visit. Funny, the first time i went there i actually hated it cause that ther charcoal chicken i had was garbage but the next time i was there the food was good which brought my rating up
Food over priced for what you got. Really average meal options. Friend asked if she could swap the dip on her meal for another due to allergies but was told she had to pay $1 to swap. After spending $150 on a average dinner to be charged an extra $1 due to an allergy is a bit rich.

Von Nara genommen, bestellte einen regulären Fattoush-Salat und was ich bekam, war ein paar matschige Salat und Tomaten ... für 7 Dollar, für die ich mehr erwartete. Wird hier nicht wieder essen.
Got take away from Nara, ordered a regular fattoush salad and what I got was a few pieces of soggy lettuce and tomatoes... For $7 I expected more. Will not be eating here again.
