When we ordered takeout, the milkshake was packed incorrectly with the hot food, resulting in cold burgers on one side and a melted milkshake. After we brought this to their attention, they corrected the mistake, though the staff seemed unaware of why we were upset. Despite their somewhat rude attitude, they ultimately resolved the issue.
What’s even better is the relaxed and patient demeanor of the staff at this particular location. It can get hectic and frustrating dealing with the casino crowd, who often stumble in with various attitudes. The team working the late shift truly has to handle a lot of nonsense while trying to do their jobs. So, next time you crave a slice of chocolate, coconut, or banana cream pie right before the witching hour, make sure you visit the San Pablo location. You’ll get the best service from 11 PM to 4 AM!

Wow, you can't beat the burst of flavor with that first bite. Every element is packed with juicy goodness—it’s like the food is attacking your taste buds, but in the best way possible. As always, it’s amazing. I’ve been coming here since the days when Lucky Lanes bowling was just across the street. Their pies and shakes are absolutely to die for, and for only $5, you could feed the whole family—no kidding. Now that I’m down the road, I just want to say happy trails, everyone. I can't express enough how wonderful and helpful the woman behind the register was. To make a long story short, I thought I had been shortchanged. As the restaurant started getting busy, I expected the cashier to be a bit brusque with me. However, it was completely the opposite—she was extremely pleasant and took the time to reprint my receipt, patiently reviewing my order with me. I really wish I had caught her name because I was truly impressed.
I had to stop in and get a Nation's Burger, 1, because I live out of state and was back home for a family event, no Nations Burger in Michigan. Burger and Fries were just as I remembered and was total yummy to my taste buds. We got various sodas, they all had no carbonation and had a stale taste to them, but hey, we came for the burgers, Fries, and strawberry tarts really and truly anyway. Staff were very welcoming and friendly.

When I mentioned it, I expected the cashier to just brush me off, but she was incredibly pleasant. She took the time to patiently go over my order with me and even printed my receipt. I remember going back to this restaurant with my father in the early 1990s. Sadly, he passed away a few years ago. Today, I returned to the restaurant and was overwhelmed with cherished memories.
