The Ricotta pancake was rather a big disappointment, not even the blueberry compote, whipped créme fraiche and maple syrup could save the dissatisfaction of paying that price for over the counter pancake powder mixed with Ricotta cheese, it was too dense and rubbery, it wasn't well executed. I really like the concept! It's great to finally have a new brunch spot in the area for Saturday and Sunday. The owner was very kind and took the time to explain the types of food they offer and how their menu will adapt based on demand. When I visited, it was a soft opening. I was hoping to check out the juice selection and the bakery, but I only tried the cold coffee, which was perfect for the warm weather. I will definitely be back!

What an incredible dining experience! I visited with my family on Sunday, and it was the tastiest meal we've had in a long time! Every bite was bursting with flavor, and the atmosphere at Native Fields is fantastic. It has quickly become my mom's favorite restaurant, and we can't wait to come back!
