A must go-to place after a good workout by the Youfit next door. With a friendly and clean environment, the food smoothies made here are very nutritious to enjoy. I highly recommend stopping by when Cynthia is working. She knows what she is doing.
I have stopped in Natural Blends several times and the Food Smoothies are amazing, staff is always friendly even when they are busy. It's a great go to place to pick up a smoothie or a sandwich after the gym. Bella was very friendly
