Waited half hour for an oatmeal (too long), they finally bagged it up and when I got home it wasn't my oatmeal, was someone else's order. I called to complain and ask for a refund. Was told they would refund me but when I arrive to give my card for the refund they say I didn't need to come down there because they already refunded my card (would have been nice if they told me that over the phone, saved me a trip). But now it's been over 3 weeks and the refund still isn't showing. I call every day and am told they will look into it but no one ever calls me or fixes it. Terrible store, terrible service and terrible management.
I placed my order at the counter and three people who came in after me received their drinks before me. I was standing right there when they asked me what I had ordered. I had to remind them and then wait even longer. The customer service was terrible. When I asked for a refund, they took my number for some reason and did not issue the refund on the spot. I hope they actually refund me. If not, I will be contacting the store owner. Having three teenagers working on a busy Saturday seemed overwhelming and disorganized. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
This is a fantastic spot to grab a smoothie! I used to stop by every morning for a delicious smoothie. The atmosphere felt very welcoming and not like a typical chain restaurant like Robeks or Jamba Juice. Unfortunately, prices have increased recently, putting them on par with other places, but the smoothies are still top-notch. There has also been a change in staff, with the new hires not quite measuring up to the previous ones, but still providing excellent service.
I find the smoothie bowls at this restaurant to be enjoyable. However, I cannot justify paying $12.00 for one, especially since there is an extra charge for almond milk instead of soy which I do not like. As a result, I have decided to start making them at home to save money. I am aware of the costs and labor involved in food preparation and will allocate my budget towards other expenses.

Used to work near here for a summer and I had their smoothies 2 3 times a week. So many fun and delicious options! I still constantly crave them so I journey over here all the time love love the PB&J one (sounds strange but try it!
Awesome spot! Try the Gingerade with extra cayenne, it's THE best drink ever. So refreshing. The smoothies and the Tropic Acai bowl are also really good. Friendly staff keeps me coming back for sure!!
Lots of options, wonderful staff and will service. The food itself is ok, feels extremely heavy and makes one sluggish afterward. Had the same experience with a smoothie as with a berry bowl
Always great service. Staff is friendly, in particular the lovely girl with the beautifully unique makeup I didn’t catch her name but she had light eyes.
