I had never been to Nekter Juice until a few days ago. I visited a different location where the staff taking our order didn’t seem very happy, but the smoothies were delicious. That encouraged me to give it another try. This morning, I stopped by another location and was warmly greeted with smiles and enthusiasm. The smoothies were excellent, but the friendly customer service truly made the experience even better. Thank you! <3
Terrible service combined with a rude and disrespectful attitude! Keep in mind that in-store customers are not a priority here. Online orders always come first, so you might end up waiting at least 20 minutes even if you're the only person in the store. When a woman came by as I was leaving, she overheard the young dark-haired girl's attitude towards me and said she would never return to this place. Consider yourselves warned.
My daughter accidentally spilled her smoothie right after getting it, creating quite a mess. I felt embarrassed, but the staff were incredibly kind and understanding. They were neither rude nor upset. A young man asked which drink it was, replaced it for free, and cleaned up the spill with a smile. That kindness truly meant a lot to me.
Great place and location. Though mostly in a rush with being busy I feel the staff is always helpful and polite. The portion in the acai bowl is plenty. I love ordering through the app also to run in and grab it. All healthy choices and the store is always kept clean. This is my go-to place being new to CA. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
My daughter dropped her smoothie right after getting it and made a huge mess inside. I was embarrassed, but the staff was so kind. They weren?t rude or annoyed. A young guy asked what the drink was, re made it for free and cleaned up the mess with asmile on his face. That meant a lot to me.
I order on the app and my juice is always ready when I walk in. Staff is friendly and know me by name. Never have to wait once I walk in the door.
Waited 25 minutes with only one person making two bowls. The service was incredibly slow. I usually don’t write reviews, but this was just absurd.
